Payment Terms
Payment at time of treatment by either cash or cheque (made payable to Sue Mallett), or by bank transfer to First Direct, sort code 40-47-61, account no. 70338796, referencing the name of the patient treated, within 7 days.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is accepted free of charge up to 24 hours prior to an appointment. Thereafter the full payment will be required.
